About the Role We are seeking a reliable and dependable Allied Health Professional to lead our cohesive and accomplished team in Cairns! As a Team Leader at National 360, you will offer guidance to a diverse group of professionals, working together to impact the lives of others positively.
Our Team Leaders maintain their own caseload and deliver services in various settings such as homes, clinics, and communities. Additionally, they collaborate closely with other Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve business objectives related to client satisfaction, team growth and relationships, performance, and overall well-being.
If you are interested to progress your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

About You We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- 5+ years experience working as one of the above disciplines within the private or public sector.
- NDIS Experience essential.
- AHPRA/SPA Registration.
- NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply).
- Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle.
