About the Role
- Apply advanced clinical reasoning, knowledge, principles and practices to develop, implement and evaluate complex and interrelated Allied Health service planning initiatives and projects to achieve organisational goals for improved clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to research and development regarding Allied Health initiatives relevant to MSH services and the broader health services network.
- Investigate and research alternative models of care/service delivery/workforce strategies and recommend effective redesign options suitable to the clinical, geographic and fiscal context of Metro South Health.
- Demonstrates high level communication skills to facilitate working collaboratively with other interprofessional team members and stakeholder groups to achieve common vision, direction and project outcomes.
