We seek an experienced and dynamic Front of House Sales Assistant to join our team at a professional, high-end piercing store in Hay Street, Perth CBD.
The individual will manage the reception of guests/customers wishing to purchase body jewellery, wanting to discuss piercing options and waiting for their procedure until handed off to one of our professional piercers.
This role requires good organisational skills, excellent communication, and creating a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests/customers receive prompt and courteous service
- Manage daily operations of the front of house, including scheduling appointments
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your area
- Collaborate with the other Team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role (any retail industry)
- Maintain a clean personal aesthetic
- Basic computer knowledge (spreadsheets, emails, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
