Established in 1967, Packers is a family operated business that manufactures and installs a range of building products for residential and commercial projects within SA.
We manufacture and install various glazing products such as Shower screens, splash backs and mirrors for a diverse mix of residential and commercial projects in Adelaide.
About the role
We are currently looking for fabricators to assist us in the manufacture of Shower screens for both residential and commercial projects.
The successful candidate must be reliable and able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a solid work ethic.
Duties will include:
- Fabricating Shower screens, mirrors and splashbacks including cutting, machining and assembling.
- Manual handling of glass and aluminium lengths/frames in a safe and responsible manner.
- Assisting installers with unloading at sites.
- Helping with loading/unloading deliveries.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Have excellent physical fitness and a sound knowledge of manual handling processes
- An understanding of the need for attention to detail and time management skills
- A commitment to work, health and safety
- Ability to take direction and a positive working attitude
A White card and Drivers licence is essential for this role.
