The Company:
Our client is a family owned business who have been operating since 1962 & is well known throughout Australia as the manufacturer of choice for high quality, polished aluminium products. From its reputation, the business moved into aluminium bull bars using structural grade materials. The production floor delivers high quality handmade bull bars & similar products for a range of large vehicles, encompassing the use of robotic folding and welding apparatus.
The position requirements include but are not limited to:
- Experience in Polishing of Aluminium bull bars
- Maintaining stock inventory and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Conducting quality assurance audits of customer product to ensure meeting high standards
- Strictly following all required safety procedures
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
- At least 3 years experience in Aluminium polishing
- The ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
- A team player with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude is essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail
- The flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required
Hours & Rates:
5am-3:10pm, Tuesday to Friday, open to flexible start and finish time
$45p/h + Overtime + super
