Role Overview:
We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a Laborer/Polisher. This role is pivotal to our project fabrication team, focusing on preparing stainless steel parts for architectural handrail projects. The position demands a high level of precision to maintain strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding and abrasive polishing stainless steel parts and sub assemblies for handrail projects
- Sanding and abrasive polishing of Sheetmetal components that form part of our range of appliances.
- Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the polishing process.
- Maintain tools as well as work areas so that they remain clean and tidy and in good working order.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with metal polishing preferred.
- Must possess strong motivation and excellent communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach getting the job done.
Training and Development:
The successful candidate will receive in-house training and will work under the guidance of the Factory Foreman.
