The Hospital
This is a 160 bed facility and is the principal referral centre for the North West Tasmanian community of approximately 116,000 people. The ICU is an 8 bed Level 2 ICU, and general case mix of patients may include: trauma patients, sepsis and multi system failure, post-operative complications, unstable angina/AMI, cardiac failure / arrythmias and respiratory failure.
