Role
Analysts will support project management and execution, business development, financial and resource management, and technical project delivery. Our key areas of work include:
- Climate change and nature-based solutions
- Economic and human development
- International and humanitarian aid and logistics

Location
There are two openings for the analyst role, one is based in Brisbane and one is based in Canberra, both on a full-time, permanent basis.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and accurate project support and initiate solutions to client or project issues.
- Assist in business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities, and maintaining opportunity pipeline database.
- Support consulting engagements as required through the completion of research and administrative tasks.
- Develop client and stakeholder relationships across your assignments and maintain professional and effective relationships with your colleagues.
- Provide financial and resourcing support in the delivery of projects.
- Assist in the production of high-quality reports, strategy documents, and presentations for clients.
- Participate in and contribute to other APAC Corporate priorities and initiatives as required.
Key Requirements
A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of employment experience within a relevant field. This includes but is not limited to the areas of International Development, Agriculture, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering and Political Science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen, including excellent skills in Excel.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients.
- Highly developed organisational skills.
- Agility and the ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region.
