As a Senior Data/Insights Analyst in the Consumer Growth team, your role will be pivotal in providing data-driven decision-making by uncovering insights from diverse data sources. You will fuel strategic and operational initiatives that generate incremental performance improvement across revenue, productivity, costs and our Consumer's experiences. You will achieve this by becoming a domain expert in the company's data capability and responsible for its exploitation across the Consumer organisation.
What you'll do:
Be part of creating an insights rich Enterprise Consumer Data asset
Design & build sophisticated end-to-end Consumer Data models
Work closely with the wider Consumer Growth team, product owners and internal stakeholders to understand their data requirements
Drive new and creative ways to leverage Consumer Data to provide descriptive and prescriptive insights that will direct optimal courses of action
Provide ongoing support to the business to ensure that the Consumer Data solutions are being used efficiently and effectively
Identifying opportunities for continuously improving the Consumer Data program via new sources, methods and views
Who are you?
Ability to work across large transactional datasets (Big Data), with desirable experience with population oriented data (BigQuery, Spark, Redshift, Hadoop and others).
Advanced SQL and data transformation experience
Ability to plan and execute sophisticated multi-source and multi-dimensional streams
Sound problem solving skills
Proficiency in Visualisation & dashboarding tools such as Tableau (preferred), QlikView/Sense, Power BI and more
Curios, strategic mindset and innovative thinking with a customer-focused and collaborative approach
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
