As an Analyst, you will be working within the AMP Investment Operations team provide support services to AMP Wealth Management investment managers and clients. The Fund Regulatory Reporting team (FRR) within AMP Investment Operations mainly looks after 3 processes:
- ASIC RG97 reporting
- APRA asset allocation
- Portfolio Holdings Disclosure
The team has a bespoke system/application that supports the above reporting obligations.
Focus areas:
- Contribute to the development of the strategic direction of hedging strategies across the products Perform fund regulatory reporting activities on a timely basis ensuring delivery of accurate and complete information.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the regulations such as RG97 and APRA asset allocations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of revenue and cost drivers of funds.
- Respond to queries from internal or external clients in relation to fees and fund asset allocation
- Significant reputational impact if there are errors.
- Liaise with Client Services, Global Product, Fund Accounting and Project Team to complete the half yearly RG97 fees and cost deliverables and APRA asset allocation deliverables.
