The opportunity
Due to a significant increase in pipeline our client wishes to appoint an Investment Analyst to their well-regarded team. You will play an integral role in the ongoing portfolio (asset) management and support senior leadership team on key matters such as investment and project financing decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial modelling involving feasibility studies and sensitivity analysis
- Conducting due diligence processes to assess opportunities across real estate asset classes
- Preparation and presentation of business cases to the investment committee
- Compiling asset financials for quarterly updates
- Ad-hoc administrative duties involving multiple ongoing projects
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field: Property, Finance, Economics and/or Business Administration
- Post graduate qualification or studying towards relevant study area CA, CPA, CFA, and/or Masters
- Strong technical skills including previous financial modelling experience
- Background: investment/asset management or corporate finance, banking, property research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen problem-solving capabilities
