About the Role

As a Performance Management Analyst within our esteemed Group Finance division, you will be an integral part of the Group Performance Management team. Your primary focus will be on the meticulous monthly and annual reporting of cash earnings, both internally and externally, as well as the associated forecast and annual budget compilation. This role is pivotal in providing accurate and timely reporting and value-added insights to the CFO, CEO, EXCO, and the Board, as well as external year-end and half-year-end reporting. You will collaborate closely with business partners across the Group to ensure our financial narratives are clear, insightful, and drive strategic decision-making.

About you

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a CPA/CA qualification or equivalent. You should have over three years of experience in accounting, with a preference for those who have worked in the Banking and Finance industry. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to articulate complex financial data into clear insights for various stakeholders. A continuous improvement mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, will be essential. Your problem-solving skills, customer service ethic, and passion for driving process excellence will set you apart.
