Essential Skills Requirements
- Expertise in programming languages like Java, HTML, scripting languages like Javascript(with JQuery), Python, Perl, and frameworks like JUnit, JtestNG
- Problem-solving and debugging abilities, adherence to coding standards and best practices, and the ability to merge builds using continuous integration tools like TeamCity, Jenkins and delivery technologies
- Well versed with cloud computing, Git, SVN, VSS (Configuration management tool), Maven (build automation and project management tool) based on POM (project object model),
- Expertise in coding, design documentation, user guides, end-user manuals, resolve issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
- Include security measures in the design and development of software to guard against potential cybersecurity threats, and implement pertinent security standards
- Experience using the Veracode application to detect and resolve security concerns, as well as the Code Insight tool to find security vulnerabilities.
- Experience in various tools like:

Desirable Requirements
- Compile and evaluate the software needs, create the flow diagrams and the database, attend frequent team meetings, code reviews, and information-sharing events
- Requirements engineering to make clear and unambiguous requirements with diagrams using Agile Requirements Designer
- Experienced and certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, worked on Agile/SAFe delivery releases, familiar with the DevOps process, SDLC, STLC, and Agile development methodologies (SAFe, Scrum), helping the team overcome challenges.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis, design reviews, test strategy formulation, test planning, test execution, automation framework design, automation script generation and maintenance; ability to do quality internal audits and understand ISO standards.
- Expertise in Test Data Manager to secure, design, create and provision test data
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, testing software applications, APIs, wearables, mobile apps, monitoring test teams, and QA metrics
- Worked in insurance, LIMS, bioinformatics, virtualization, electronic & health monitoring domains
Preferred experience in;
- Excellence-driven professional with experience in software development and information technology, including project planning, management, implementation, testing, automation, delivery, maintenance, ability to lead, organize, and execute daily operations within budget and time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow for constructive relationships with executives, business leaders, and technical specialists. Manage both onshore and offshore teams to ensure the execution and delivery of customer requirements.
- Skilled in generating project schedules, plans, resource requirements, and estimates; proficient in doing risk assessments and developing risk-mitigation methods.
- Proficiency in organizing, setting priorities, allocating resources, and producing high-quality work and assignments on time.
