Reporting directly to the Head of Product and Analytics, the Analytics Lead will drive datadriven decision making, deep analytics, and operational efficiency at TUH. This role encompasses managing product design, pricing, data capability, and the annual premium and benefit review process. Analyse member and provider behaviours, offering insights to enhance member interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis and management, supporting the Head of Product and Analytics.
- Transform complex data trends into actionable insights and clear
- Oversee the TUH data warehouse, including data governance and application of business rules.
- Develop business intelligence, statistical models, and reporting solutions to drive operations and decision-making visualisations using MS SQL and other tools.
- Lead and coach a small team, fostering a mindset of process excellence and methodologies.
You will have recognised degree in IT, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Data Science, and over 5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have expertise in advanced data analysis or data engineering, preferably within financial services or health sectors.
Capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL Server, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical modelling tools (e.g., R, Python).
- Strong understanding of database architecture and development methods.
- Effective communication skills for complex information via visualisations, verbal, and written mediums.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, managing stakeholder relationships effectively
