Analytics Lead - Digital & Customer Marketing

- Activating Suncorp's Digital & Customer Marketing analytics strategy, enabling a best practice approach to measuring, reporting, and analysing the performance of our marketing activities.
- Partnering with DCM teams and our media agency OMD in understanding insights derived from our Digital & Customer Marketing analytics and formulating optimisation recommendations to drive improved ROMI.
- Leading the adoption and application of new analytics capabilities across DCM, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation team.
- Maintaining governance and quality control of our overall Digital & Customer Marketing analytics capability.
- Ensure key Digital & Customer Marketing performance reports are available and accessible by stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Provide regular data driven performance insights and recommendations to DCM teams enabling optimisation of marketing activities, and delivery of improved ROMI.
- Undertake deep dive analysis where relevant to support our insights and recommendations or validate hypothesis.
- Collaborate with our Audience Lead to establish a holistic customer journey analytics framework which traces the customer journey across digital, 1:1, call centre, and offline channels, providing insights into customer behaviour at each stage of their journey with Suncorp.
- Lead the education and best practice application of analytics across the DCM team.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Operations and Customer Insights Teams to provide a cohesive understanding of overall marketing performance.
- Lead the implementation of our analytics strategy, together with the integration and adoption of new analytics capabilities across the DCM team, in collaboration with our Digital Transformation team.
- Ensure our stakeholder's analytics requirements are regularly reviewed and any changes or enhancements are captured, prioritised, and delivered efficiently.
- Ensure our Digital & Customer Marketing analytics is able to inform stakeholder's marketing strategies and is aligned to their KPIs.
- Maintain governance of our Digital & Customer Marketing Analytics through consistent application of business logic, adherence to our digital KPI toolkit and naming conventions, compliance with regulatory and privacy standards
- 5 - 7 years' experience with various digital marketing measurement technologies and digital marketing
- A genuine passion for digital and Customer Marketing analytics.
- Organised, loves working at pace, leading and managing multiple projects and processes.
- Ability to distil various sources of complex data ensuring the highest level of data integrity into meaningful and easy to consume insights.
- Ability to inform actionable business opportunities from analysis of multiple datasets.
- Ability to develop and collaborate on analytics strategies and frameworks.
- Ability to interpret high level business questions/problems and the translation of them into practical working steps.
- Sound judgment in striking a balance between time, resources, and the marginal improvement of accuracy in analysis.
- Excellent project management, relationship management and workflow management skills.
- Extensive experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, together with common BI platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience using other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Audience Manager, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform, advantageous.
- Experience using other Google Cloud products such as Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Campaign Manager, DV360 & SA360, Ads Data Hub, advantageous.
- Exposure to leveraging data from 1:1 communication and campaign platforms e.g. Oracle Responsys / Salesforce Marketing Cloud, advantageous.
