Are you ready to make a real impact on people’s lives? As the Product Analytics CoE Lead you’ll be responsible for developing, socialising and implementing an end-to-end process for our analytics framework and practices here at ING Australia. You’ll be heavily involved in the strategic development of the E2E framework and work with stakeholders across the business such as; head office, executive, management, and process leads/experts.
You’ll work across the agile model and across multiple Chapters to work on continuous improvement and constantly look to develop the analytics portfolio. Sitting within the Product's division you’ll manage the “Our Way” productivity measurement tools and help to build out a reporting automation framework.
