We are currently recruiting an ANZ Productivity Manager for a 14 Month Secondment. This role will Drive all ANZ sites to deliver productivity goals through changing their work practices, reduce waste and optimise core processes which results in improved financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people.

Work with Senior Performance & Productivity Manager, ANZ Productivity Team and the Site Supply Chain Team to identify key productivity opportunities.

Provide expert advice and support to manufacturing sites to implement changes to drive efficiency and operational improvements.

Work with sites to develop a plan that delivers year on year improvements in Total Efficiency and Net Efficiency.

Requirements for the role:

Skills:

Achievement in developing and delivering agreed goals and objectives

Proven ability to analyse business issues and develop effective solutions

Effective oral and written communication skills

Proven influencing skills at management level and shop floor

Demonstrated commercial acumen

Knowledge:

Knowledge of manufacturing (FMCG) functions and snack food processes

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Basics of snack food operation

Experience:

Process design, value engineering and new process implementation

Change management across a broad audience

Experience in relevant operations management roles

Demonstrated experience at influencing the agenda

Understanding of budget preparation and financial reporting processes for all Operational areas

Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, business or a related discipline
