AddressAre you looking for your next Government role on the Gold Coast? We are looking for a candidate who can support a project team within a state government department based in Nerang.
In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the operational team staff. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the Gold Coast management and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.
This is an 8 month assignment in Nerang, with an immediate start.
Key duties:
- Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the Project Management team. Including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, supervision, and maintenance of the project records management system.
- Booking of training courses with both internal and external suppliers
- Running monthly reporting
- Develop and implement bulk Training Schedules for Mandatory in-house Training.
- Assist project managers with monitoring expenses and invoices where required, as well as corporate credit card transactions
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a project support role
- Construction/infrastructure background highly desirable but is not essential
- Strong understanding of systems and programmes
- C-Class Drivers Licence
- Full work rights
