We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and motivated individuals for AO4 & AO3 – Fleet Officer roles to contribute to a state government department.

- Hourly rate: AO4(1) $54.34 or AO3(1) $46.27

AO4 Fleet Officer
- Manage a fleet of more than 150 vehicles, including replacement vehicles, registration, servicing, repairs, and insurance claims.
- Update, monitor and produce reports for all computer replacements.
- Ensure all assets and sundry items are registered and recorded.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to Program staff on a range of administrative matters.
- Use effective problem solving to resolve issues in situations.
- Provide effective financial and project management support services.
- Team leader responsibilities may be required, including supervising staff, allocating workloads, undertaking staff performance and development, team planning and reviews.
- Assist the Fleet officer in managing a fleet of more than 150 vehicles,
- Assist the Fleet officer in managing and maintaining all records.
- Accurately perform tasks in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures.
- Process routine requests from stakeholders or members of the public.
- Monitor and edit data for accuracy, highlight data issues and prepare reports.
- Uphold business efficiency and positive profile of the program.
- Previous experience in managing large fleets is preferable.
- Good time management and organisational skills to assist in the coordination of multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
- Well-developed Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.
- Ability to use judgement and discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Class C drivers’ license
