Our client a State Government Department is seeking an individual who is an excellent communicator with exceptional property management experience and skills. Early July start, in an assignment that is ongoing for the immediate future.
Required Skills- Experience in property management of a large and diverse portfolio.
- Demonstrated capability in use of information technology systems.
- Ability to generate and present accurate data.
- Prior experience of minor projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities- Provide advice and training to all stakeholders.
- Provide project management guidance.
- Manage budget.
- Manage a property portfolio.
- Undertake property inspections - some travel requirements.
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, correspondence.
- Representative at external events, in internal meetings.
