The role:
A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 150 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management, Bond negotiations
- Support in the role from a property officer
- A minimum of 2 years property management experience essential
- A valid QLD Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A clean driver’s license and reliable car
- 4-week temporary assignment commencing immediately
- $40-45 per hour + super + mileage
- Monday to Friday only
- Work within a supportive and social team.
- Scope for ongoing temp work
