Troocoo are working with QLD Government on the recruitment of an A06 Senior Communications and Content Advisor who will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across a wide range of channels. This is an initial 3-month contract role with high likelihood of extensions and will see you work with a great team based and is starting ASAP. The role will include but is not limited to digital platforms, social media, websites, newsletters, campaigns, events, webinars, media and more.As the AO6 Communications and Content Advisor you will lead the delivery and implementation of a broad range of communication and marketing campaigns which promote the Department and state-wide services, projects, and partnerships. Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include;
- Writing, editing and proofing content for digital and print media including, web and intranet pages, social media, content plans, blogs and newsletters, speeches, detailed government documents and reporting, broader marketing campaigns and more.
- Manage media assets and briefs, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Support key events and campaigns across the organisation, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Developing, executing, optimising and reporting on social media/ digital campaigns.
- Manage and publish content on corporate website, intranet, and eDM platforms.
- Work closely with internal clients to understand their communication needs and provide strategic guidance.
