We are actively assisting in the recruitment of a passionate AO6 Senior Advisor, Communication and Change.
This unique opportunity lies within a newly established team dedicated to driving the Women’s Safety and Justice Taskforce reform agenda. The primary focus is to enhance the experiences of women and girls in the criminal justice system.
About the Senior Advisor - Communication and Change role:
This position will play a crucial role in overseeing communication, change, and engagement initiatives to
support the reform program's implementation. Your expertise contributes significantly to advancing the
overarching objectives of the women's system reform. With a focus on business change and complex human service delivery, your primary responsibility is to manage the PMO's change and communications processes comprehensively, including researching and editing various content types, ensuring accuracy and understanding across diverse audiences.
You will work towards aligning reform activities with QCS's broader strategic objectives. Additionally, you identify opportunities to promote Women's System Reform in advance, champion achievements through internal communication channels, and raise awareness across the organization.
How your suitability will align to this exciting opportunity and contribute to the Women's Safety and Justice Taskforce outcomes:
- Collaborate with Principal Project Officers, Project Managers, Project Director, and the Transformation Office's Communication Team to support the implementation of communication, change, and engagement strategies for women's system reform.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the agency's role and functions, specifically in the context of communication and Change.
- Manage and coordinate communication, change, and engagement activities throughout their lifecycle, from concept to completion.
- Research, write, and edit accurate and timely content (e.g., media releases, speeches, presentations, website content) that achieves contextual understanding for diverse audiences.
