Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for assigned roles from to start to finish
• Design and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy and campaigns
• Generating search plans, building talent pipelines, pre-screening candidates and database management.
• Undertake market analysis and ensure competitor rates and benefits are updated
• Coaching leaders on talent acquisition practices
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
• Review and develop recruitment resources including interview guides and job advertisements
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded.
• Proven track record in effectively recruiting high volumes of blue collar roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ability to proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines
• A strong track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
