- Lead the recruitment process for assigned roles from to start to finish
- Design and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy and campaigns
- Generating search plans, building talent pipelines, pre-screening candidates and database management.
- Undertake market analysis and ensure competitor rates and benefits are updated
- Coaching leaders on talent acquisition practices
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
- Review and develop recruitment resources including interview guides and job advertisements
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded.
- Proven track record in effectively recruiting high volumes of blue collar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Ability to proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines
- A strong track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
