AO7 Principal Advisor - Communications Professional

About the client:
Our client is a State Government department looking for an experienced professional to assist with a short term 8 week project of work.
About the role:

• Content writing for media releases and media responses
• Social media accounts - content and management
• Coordinating and managing Internal communications and messaging for staff
• Intranet editing, and management
• E-newsletters
• You will report directly to the Media and Communications Manager regarding all media responses and general communications.

About you:

• You will ideally have previous Queensland Government experience
• You will have previous experience working in Communications, Marketing and Media.
• You will have demonstrated experience in general communications and have Web/digital and multi-media skills.
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills

Benefits:

• $79.94 per hour - $85.60 per hour + super
