Role Overview
In this new role, you will develop, implement, and manage sales activities that deliver individual and corporate sales budget sets, while growing the Clipex brand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create & maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Develop & implement effective sales strategies & tactics to drive revenue & growth.
  • Develop & manage the sales plan to achieve/exceed budget.
  • Analyse sales data & provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts & market trends.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Clipex products & services.
  • Understand & monitor competition, maintain a strong working knowledge of the industry by attending field days, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks & participating in industry forums/networks.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions & sales materials.
  • Implement growth strategies for strategic accounts, negotiating with key customers & identifying risks.
  • Manage & own the end-to-end sales process.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong sales track record, preferably in the Ag industry
  • Highly proficient at relationship building with previous BDM experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent client relationship skills with a deep understanding of rural Australia & the needs of our clients.
  • Highly motivated with a clear targeted ambition to succeed through serving the needs of clients.
  • Positive personality & strong values with a real desire to help people.
  • Has a focus on people not just the product.
