A new and exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Payable and Expense Manager to join our finance team. You will be based in our “Media City” head-office in Eveleigh.
The role
Reporting to the Deputy CFO, the Accounts Payable and Expense Manager is responsible for:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable Department.
  • Building and maintaining positive, effective, and professional relationships with all internal and external parties.
  • Implementing and managing process and system changes as required in a proactive, efficient, and reliable manner.
  • Managing and enforcing accounts payable processes and procedures to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Supporting the purchase order function.
  • Managing Seven's corporate credit cards including being the key subject expert for Seven's expense management system (SAP Concur).

Who can apply?
To be eligible for this role, you should:
  • 5+ years of experience in an accounts payable and expense management role.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or accounting or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP Systems.
  • Clear, persuasive, concise and professional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Superior level of computer skills: Excel and Word, with demonstrated prior experience working with computerised accounting packages (Technology One Accounting & AP Module, Concur expense management system and Eftsure preferred).
  • Ideally have experience with Offshore Team Management
