Our client is a large global organisation who have a range of well-known over the counter and prescription medicines and supplements. They have an established workplace culture and are involved in humanitarian efforts worldwide.
About the role
You must possess the skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise all your work.
Your role will consist of:
- Receiving and recording the receipt of Invoices across multiple entities
- Accurately Process invoices to ensure payments are correct and on time
- Requesting receipt of statements from invoicing contractors or businesses when they are not provided
- Run invoices due for payment report for approval
- Process weekly payment runs including payment file uploads
- Reconciling business accounts to make sure amounts paid reflect goods and services received
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations
- Answering queries from suppliers, contractors, etc
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Drive continuous improvement across the Accounts Payable process
- 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable
- SAP S/4HANA ESSENTIAL
- Data Entry for accurately processing invoices and payment runs
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication ability whilst liaising with senior stakeholders
- Advanced excel skills.
