TK Property Services performs a full range of commercial, and industrial cleaning, building services and maintenance requirements. This includes Government, Semi Government and private clients. The work ranges from heavy industrial, commercial, medical, healthcare, food and most other industries. We aim to provide a one-stop shop for all building cleaning service requirements.
There is an IMMEDIATE START and CONSISTENT HOURS
Qualifications & experience
- Experience, desired however welcoming all applications!
- A strong work ethic is compulsory, some days will be easy, some days will be harder
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cleaning vacated apartments that have been tenanted - Main clients are student's accommodations in Melbourne – CBD.
- Commercial cleaning – Cleaning maintenance of the building and its amenities.

Support
You will have your own Manager Coordinator who will make sure you are well-supported and never short on work during this seasonal rush of room cleaning.
