Job Description: Part -Time Cleaner

Location: Melbourne Metro

Working Hours: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Weekend work essential -including same day changeovers.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartments located in the Melbourne Metro area. You will work in a great team environment. The position requires weekend work and work to a specific timeframe due to same-day changeovers. 

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks according to a strict checklist and adhere to quality control guidelines.
Clean and maintain the cleanliness of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
Ensure all areas of the apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and common areas, are clean and tidy.
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Sanitizing surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and furniture.
Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
Changing linens, towels, and replenishing amenities.
Emptying trash bins.
Checking and restocking supplies as needed.
Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

You will be responsible for the washing of linens and towels.

Compulsory Requirements:

The right to work in Australia

Current Police check

Current Driver's License - own car preferred

Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Preferred but not essential
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and checklists.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Availability to work weekends and handle same-day changeovers.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
