About the role
The Apple Mac Education Specialist is a strategic and results-driven role responsible for overseeing the commercialisation of Apple's Professional Learning offerings for JB Hi-Fi Education. This role in crucial to driving scalable execution and enabling support for account executives, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of Apple Professional Learning and Professional Services across various educational institutions and organizations.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting Internal & External Stakeholders
- Providing expert knowledge and training about Apple products and services
- Developing a Commercialization Strategy
- The Enablement Support for Account Executives
- Relationship Management
About you
To be successful in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Education Market, especially around pedagogy, national curriculums and the vision for education at a local and national government level. The Education Specialist must also complete the Education Sales Curriculum and the Education Specialist Sales Curriculum. You will also have:
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Be a strategic thinker with a forward planning mindset
- Able to lead and build team relationships
- Have a high level of analytical and technical skills
- Have a detailed knowledge of education systems
- A thorough understanding of the Apple education ecosystem and a high level of proficiency with Apple products and services
- Exceptional skills to lead, influence and plan for the effective use of classroom technology
- Experience in leading and driving change as a school leader in curriculum and pedagogy with technology
