We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our busy team at Wacol.
In this role, you will provide Application Support across all functions of SSG businesses, ensuring end users are pro-actively engaged in all process decisions whilst balancing business needs, wants, training with change management plans.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining in-house custom desktop solution - ability to analyse, evaluate and make recommendations for business needs
- Deliver training to staff on how to use the system through travelling to sites across Australia & remote support
- Testing plans
- Assist and respond to all technical requests
To succeed in this role, ideally you will have:
- Ability to engage with people at all levels within the business
- Exposure to Logistics / Distribution processes – steel industry would be highly regarded
- Exposure to Stock management
- Exposure to CAD packages
- Knowledge of Accounting / Finance systems
