You:
Evra is looking for a team of Chefs to harness their passion and create exceptional dishes.

This role provides the opportunity to create memorable, authentic, and exceptional dining experiences that will support the core values and mission of Evra.

Core Elements:
- deliver high quality food in a timely and effective manner, as per Evra standards
- supervise and coordinate activities of chefs and production employees
- maintain purchasing, receiving and storage standards, while managing budget expectations
- assist with menu planning
- follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure temperature and hygiene control
- ensure that all standards are kept to the highest
- monitor, coach and support your team with passion and fun
- encourage individuality, innovation and initiative in your team members
- provide hands-on leadership across all service areas
Rooftop Urban Farm:
Evra's rooftop urban farm is located on the highest level of TotalFusion Platinum (TFP), which stands as Australia’s largest health, wellness and fitness precinct.
Encompassing nearly 2000sqm, our farm is home to approximately 40 crop variations, chickens to help with natural fertilisation, a bee colony for pollination, and a worm farm and composting for food scraps.
