Good Shepherd Lutheran College is seeking a dynamic and skilled Application Support Analyst to join our dedicated ICT team. This full-time role is integral to enhancing our College's technological capabilities, providing essential support to both educational and administrative functions. What you will do:
- Provide technical support across a diverse array of systems including SchoolBox, SharePoint, and MS SQL Server, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for our business information systems, closely collaborating with staff to optimize and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all technical activities, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuous improvement.
You will bring:
- Advanced knowledge in information systems management, including experience with database and content management systems.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and a strong ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Good Shepherd is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Lutheran College that serves the families of the breathtakingly beautiful Noosa district on the Sunshine Coast. Centrally located 130kms from the Brisbane CBD, Good Shepherd Lutheran College is situated on a 9.5 hectare campus. The College has a total enrolment of approximately 1130 students. Our College is part of the ministry of The Lutheran Church in Queensland and has strong ties to the Noosa Lutheran Parish. Good Shepherd has built a recognised record of both academic success and Christian care.
