SalaryIncredible opportunity for TSPV cleared Application Support Specialists in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne. The client has a requirement for candidates who have the relevant skills and experience with Objective (highly regarded), and Atlassian or similar products.
Successful candidates will have proven experience at working with the following SFIA Codes: ASUP, CFMG and HSIN.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with Objective and Atlassian (or similar) products
- Application Maintenance and Support Services, either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions
- Investigation and resolution of issues; this may also have included performance monitoring
- Providing advice or training to users, by devising corrections (perm or temp) for faults, making general or site-specific modifications, updating documentation, manipulating data, or defining enhancements
- Collaboration with system developers and/or with colleagues specialising in database administration, or network support.
- Working with business stakeholders, project managers, system architects, testers and business analyst personnel.
Contract terms: Contract term of 12 months, with two 12 month extensions possible at the clients discretion.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person/s will be expected to demonstrate attributes at the following SFIA levels: ASUP 4-5, CFMG 3-5, HSIN 2-4.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
