About the Role
Southern Cross Care WA needs a specialised role to manage various systems. An Application System Analyst is required to join the ICT Department. This role will work on various system Frontend and backend database and also work on various projects throughout the organisation. The role requires a software professional, with extensive application administration experience.
We’ll also be asking you to:-
- Ability to work on application frontend and backend database, be strong on data analytics and breaking down complex code at a granular level. The role comprises of code enhancements, reverse engineering and new SQL code development in using BI tools
- Assist the business in creating reports as required. Use of SSIs (integration service), SSRS (Reporting service), Business Intelligence (Power BI) and other report writing tools to deliver them.
- Assist Payroll team on performing regular system routines and maintaining Payroll system database and applications up to date.
- Assist Home Care team on performing regular system routines and maintaining Procura system database and applications up to date.
- Assist Finance team on performing regular system routines and maintaining D365 F&O system database and applications up to date.
- Working with the business to extract and/or import data from and to cloud systems and on-premise system.
- Ability to investigate and resolve Database systems and data problems across all applications
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in implementing any major ERP systems, Payroll, Rostering or Scheduling system. Knowledge on Power automate, power apps and virtual agents will be an added advantage.
