About the role:
At Dairy Australia we want our systems to be highly usable and well known by our people so that each of us can get the most out of the role we fill. The way this impacts on a daily basis will mean that our interface for farmer records (Salesforce), farmer communications (Pardot) remote working (Office 365 and Teams), accountability for projects (PPM), work health and safety (Riskware), performance reviews and feedback (Culture Amp), finance management (Medius Flow) and HR systems (My HR) is clear and the opportunity to learn more about these systems is available in a format and delivery style that suits the varied needs of our teams.
This 2 year contract will see you work with internal stakeholders to design, plan, deliver and track the delivery of training programs across multiple Enterprise Application tools including Microsoft 365 and Salesforce and others as required. You have proven experience in developing training material using existing technologies and systems such as Confluence, KnowledgeBase articles, Powerpoint and our LMS. You enjoy delivering training and adoption programs to a variety of users, including those starting their Dairy Australia journey with onboarding and across our teams at Southbank and across 8 regional teams. You understand the importance of evaluation and feedback as well as informing your practice through training needs assessments and tailoring to the learning needs of our teams.
Our ideal candidate:
We believe in equality. We treat everyone with fairness, consideration and respect and welcome applications from candidates from diverse backgrounds.
We want to learn about your demonstrated interest and experience in training different web-based and/or digital applications and tools combined with your experience in tracking and measuring adoption, competency and capability of staff. We also are curious to understand how you adopt change management to support behaviour change and adoption following training delivery. You have strong communication and engagement skills and will have flexibility to travel to deliver training in person if required.
