The role specifically leads and manages the Applications Support team in the implementation, management, and support of Southern Cross Care’s (WA) application-based services. This position is located at our Central Office in Rivervale and offers a flexible working arrangement. We’ll also be asking you to:- Facilitates strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management. Changes are embedded and the business is supported through the change process Leads planning activities for Application Management requirements. Participates in and advises on business process design, implementation, and enhancement to business solutions. Provides advice during the assessment and analysis of technology projects in terms of their impact on existing business solutions. Facilitates and manages the resolution of incidents, requests and problems associated with supported applications. Establishes and maintains relevant application frameworks (e.g. Integration). Effectively manage Compliance requirements for your team ensuring documentation is up to date. To be considered for this role, you’ll need: 5+ Years leading teams in complex environments in the delivery of application support services Demonstrated experience managing application lifecycle Shown experience and ability in implementing and managing application solutions, with a focus on transformation and continuous improvement, and managing change across a large and diverse organisation. Demonstrated experience and ability in building positive organisational culture by guiding, coaching, and developing people.
