Our Pivotal Trade Services business is a diverse team made up of skilled carpenters, painters, plasterers, tilers, concreters, handy people, and glaziers that work collaboratively to deliver high quality, safe and cost-effective outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
The Opportunity:
We are currently looking to employ two first-year Apprentice Carpenters based from our office/warehouse in Whyalla.
As an Apprentice Carpenter you will develop hands-on technical skills through work across multiple projects and sites, gaining exposure to a variety of residential works including kitchens, bathrooms, property refits and more.
Throughout your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to work alongside skilled carpenters who will pass-on their years of expert knowledge, whist also attending formal training to learn the theory to support your learning and obtain a Certificate III in Carpentry.
Standard working weeks are 40 hours Monday to Friday.
This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same and provides an essential service to the local community.

You will be a strong communicator and have good people skills.
Essential Requirements:
• Successful completion of a medical check including Alcohol and other Drugs screening.
• Drivers Licence (or working towards).
• Provide your own tools (or we can help you to get started).
