Apprentice Painter And Decorator

The friendly team at Andrews Complete Painting pty ltd are currently looking for an Apprentice Painter.

We are passionate about our trade and would love to pass down the skills taught to us. We are looking for a motivated individual with attention to detail, works well in a team environment and enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done.

We cover a wide range of areas across Sydney, a lot of our projects are on the north shore and northern beaches.

Apprentice must have own vehicle and current drivers licence.

Working with qualified and skilled painters you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support.  

Duties will involve:  

• Erect and maintain trestle and plank systems. 
• Handle painting and decorating materials. 
• Use painting and decorating tools and equipment. 
• Remove and replace doors and door and window components. 
• Prepare surfaces for painting. 
• Apply paint by brush and roller. 
• Apply texture coat paint finishes by brush, roller, and spray. 

The successful candidate will:  

• Reliable and hard working. 
• Motivated with a genuine interest in the industry. 
• Be trustworthy and reliable. 

Essential: 

• Driver's licence and vehicle.
