We are currently seeking dedicated apprentices to join our team, offering competitive hourly rates along with relevant award entitlements, including penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and superannuation.

Key Details:

• Work Schedule: 38 hours per week
• Locations: Multiple across wider Sydney
• Diverse Sites: Work on prestigious sites such as universities, private schools, councils, major sporting stadiums, golf courses, first-class sporting fields, clubs, and commercial properties, contributing to varied projects like general maintenance and more.

About the Role:

As an Apprentice, you will have the privilege of learning from our qualified tradespeople who will serve as your mentors, guiding you towards achieving your Certificate III in your chosen field.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
• Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics.
• Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
• Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
• Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.

• Prior Gardening Work Experience: Advantageous but not mandatory.
• Unique Student Identification (USI): Ensure you have your USI for the training program.
