We are looking for passionate people to join our world-class service team as we continue to raise the levels of service within the materials handling industry. We already have a great team but we want to grow it and that’s where you come in.
About the role
This is a great opportunity we are offering for motivated, committed, and reliable people who are in their apprenticeship, and are wanting to continue their practical and theoretical on the job experience whilst receiving extensive training in Mobile Plant Technology/ Forklift Technology.
This role also involves the following, but is not limited to;
- Mentoring and support from our qualified Technicians
- Tafe attendance for practical and theory learning
- Service and Repair of Forklifts and associated equipment on site and in workshop
- Electrical diagnosis and repair
- Hydraulic repairs and rebuilds
- New Equipment preparation
- New equipment commissioning
What you'll need to succeed
- Mature age applicants welcome
- Part-qualified apprentices welcome
- A strong desire to become qualified in Mobile Plant or Auto Electrical Technology
- A genuine interest in mechanical and Electrical equipment
- Ability to undertake manual physical work
- Punctual, reliable, and energetic
- Commitment and determination to complete a 4 year apprenticeship
