Civmec are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Serviceperson Mechanic to join our Apprenticeship program.
This is a great opportunity to join our Henderson Manufacturing and Fabrication Team and work in the largest fabrication facility of its kind at our Henderson Facility. Working on a variety of complex and high-profile projects, you will gain hands on experience and work within a world class team.

The Role
The Civmec apprenticeship program is focused on developing genuine careers based on industry leading skills, long term employability and high levels of safety and environmental awareness. During their apprenticeships Civmec apprentices, will receive additional training from Civmec’s own RTO and rotate throughout the business, rotations and training are planned to maximise learning experiences for each apprentice.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following
- Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of your apprenticeship – Preferred
- Possess a genuine desire to learn new skills and achieve a Trade Qualification
- Be motivated, reliable and committed
- Demonstrate sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous exposure to a workshop environment - Desirable
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.
