An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to provide executive support to the Assistant Secretary Enterprise Technology Operations Branch (ASETO) and the Branch.
As an APS 4 Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Performing support functions, including responding to emails and general correspondence.
- Managing a complex and challenging appointment diary and meeting arrangements.
- Organising and reconciling all aspects of domestic travel in line with Defence Travel Policy.
- Preparing meeting packs, briefings, reports and other documents for senior Defence Committees.
- Building and sustaining relationships to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Records management in Objective and Financial Management systems in line with Defence policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support to the ETOB Branch Business team as required.
Enterprise Technology Operations Branch (ETOB) delivers quality ICT services to Defence in support of military operations and corporate business. Our purposes and activities centre on supporting ICT operations and maintaining sustainable service levels to provide an effective ICT capability for our customers, with a clear line of sight for CIOG and upwards to the Defence Corporate Plan.

- Management of applications across finance, human resources, logistics, information management, whole of government and security domains,
- Management the delivery of Platform Services to Defence and provide governance between the Centralised Processing Project (CP) to deliver software application hosting and data storage services.
