  • APS Recruitment Experience as well as E-Recruit required

APS Recruitment experience utilising e-recruit is a mandatory requirement for these upcoming vacancies.

As an APS 4/5 Recruitment Support Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recruitment process within our organisation.

Your primary responsibility will be to utilise e-recruit software to manage various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle efficiently. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilise e-recruit software to post job vacancies on appropriate platforms.
  2. Screen incoming applications and assess candidate suitability based on predefined criteria.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  5. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and generating reports.
  6. Collaborate with HR professionals to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  8. Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruitment and e-recruit software usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment support or related administrative roles within the APS
  • Proficiency in using e-recruit software or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing recruitment practices (preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications in HR or related fields (preferred).
