Our client is seeking a Baseline Cleared candidate with APS experience, preferably with Project Support, Budget Coordination and Admin experience.
This role is full time, with a hybrid work force.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for a range of tasks including some of the following:
- supporting the management of planning, organising and coordination of key activities
- preparing documents for executive and consideration including agenda papers, reports, presentations and submissions
- providing representation at both internal and external forums
- monitoring inboxes and maintaining a New Policy Proposal tracker (required minimum of Baseline security clearance)
- undertaking research to support the development of briefings
The role is required to have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and liaison skills. Other capabilities include but are not limited to:
- excellent organisational, problem-solving, planning and time management capabilities, including capacity to manage multiple competing priorities'
- ability to work within a dynamic team environment to meet pressured deadlines and ensure delivery against objectives
