About the Role:
As the APS5 Level Executive Assistant (Labour Hire), you will be accountable for undertaking moderately complex to complex administrative, secretarial, and research tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails, appointments, and preparing briefing materials.
- Providing guidance, support, and quality assurance to staff at lower classification levels.
- Assisting in maintaining risk management programs.
- Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and documents for committees and projects.
- Organising travel arrangements and supporting official functions for the Chief Corporate and Commercial Officer and other agency staff.
- Identifying and contributing to the resolution of issues and problems as they arise.

About You:
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- Proficiency in managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
