Our client, a prominent government agency, is seeking a dynamic APS6 Level Procurement Systems Officer to join their team. About the Role:
As the APS6 Level Procurement Systems Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and advice in Procurement Systems management. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support through Jira Service Desk, including user account management and issue resolution.
Supporting end users of Procurement Jira Service Desk and developing training materials.
Documenting Jira configuration and issue resolution processes.
Generating reports for the Procurement Branch using Jira Service Desk data.
Collaborating with ICT and Procurement stakeholders to achieve objectives.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience in Jira Service Desk administration, management, and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
Be able to pass a National Police Check
Desirable Skills:
Additional skills that would be advantageous include:
Procurement experience, particularly in a Government Agency or Department.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
