Reporting to our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Growth Operations team, to be responsible for developing and communicating an integrated campaign calendar across marketing and sales, If you have strong analytical and quantitative skills, demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot and are keen to improve processes, we want to hear from you.This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.Here’s how you’ll do that:
- Align with Sales and Marketing to ensure success with lead follow-up and campaign goals
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement on training for new revenue generating campaigns
- Measure, and monitor record funnel, and help with post-campaign reporting as needed
- Work with Marketing to coordinate campaign requests across different marketing functions
- Monitor and maintain data quality within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy
- Troubleshooting of campaigns, email deliverability, lead flow and lead scoring
- Proven experience planning, executing, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns, ideally with a tech SaaS company
- You are passionate about processes, automation and information systems
- Experienced with campaign setup, audience segmentation, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting
- Knowledge of landing page and email marketing best practices is required
- You have a growth mindset, with proven project management and prioritization skills
