Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking a broad range of administrative duties related to recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and work health and safety
- Managing the onboarding process and supporting the offboarding process of staff
- Administering HR processes and maintaining HR records, data, and files through appropriate HR systems
- Providing administration services in support of HR policies and programs and responding to HR enquiries
- Contributing to other HR projects, correspondence, and written material to maximise organisational effectiveness
- Building effective relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
- Working collaboratively as a member of a team and across the organisation
As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of exercising sound judgment, initiative, and discretion in managing confidential HR issues. Your adeptness in HR principles will enable you to handle administrative duties spanning recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety.
Accurate maintenance of HR records, effective communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.

- $78K - $83K per year plus Super
